22024/25  REFUND POLICY:

• Withdrawals prior to September 15th will receive a full refund minus the OWHA insurance fee
• Withdrawals prior to November 30th will receive a 25% refund minus the OWHA insurance fee 
• No refunds will be provided after November 30th.

Shut-Down:

• If a team is temporarily shut down for public health reasons (for example, if there is a positive case reported on a team), we are still obligated to fulfill our contractual obligations to the city of Brockville and cannot guarantee a refund.
• If sessions are cancelled because of provincial order or by the city of Brockville, a refund of the original registration fee minus OWHA insurance and used ice to date would apply.
• There will be no refunds issued for missed ice times due to illness, injury, or leave by personal choice
